Description - Tenders are invited for A Baseline study for NCA Afghanistan ICRA Project Scope Of The Work Against This Background, Nca Afghanistan Is Looking For A Consultant/team Of Consultant To Support The Baseline Process For The Icra -integrated Communit y Resilience Action Project. The Consultant/team Of Consultants Will Be Responsible For: • Developing The Methodology, Tools And Data Collection Plan For The Target Provinces • Introductory Training To Be Conducted By Consultant To The Enumerators (Enumerators Will Be Supplied By Nca / Nca Partner Organizations) • Analysis The Baseline Data (Data Will Be Collected By Nca And Partner Organizations Through Consultant Recommended Tools And Then Will Be Shared With Consultant). • Estimate Baseline Values For Each Outcome Indicators In Intervention Areas • Provide Recommendations On Specific Areas Of Focus That The Programme Should Consider Based On The Findings • In The Light Of The Data Generated After The Analysis The Consultant Is Responsible To Write The Draft And Final Baseline Survey Report.
