Introduction VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Fort Wayne Campus, Indiana has a requirement for Replace Gutters on All Outbuildings B. Background Ft. Wayne Ca mpus requires replacement of gutters and downspouts, repair any damage all outbuildings. The existing gutters have leaks and are damaged in places. C. Scope The vendor will supply trained personnel to remove the existing gutters and install new gutter systems to each of the Out-Buildings. Out Buildings include Building 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, T4, T5, and T6 which all require removal of the existing gutters and installation of new gutters matching the pain
