Description - VA NORTHERN INDIANA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Fort Wayne Campus PROJECT: 610A4-21-202 Add Card Readers STATEMENT OF WORK: Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to add HID card readers which will require the modific ation/upgrade of doors and hardware in Buildings 1, 2, 5, and 17 as listed in the specifications and drawings. The primary monitoring shall occur at the VA Police room 101 in Building 1 at the Fort Wayne Campus and the VA Police Dispatch at the Marion Campus.
