Description - Design Build Statement of Work Introduction The George E. Whalen Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Salt Lake City (VAMC SLC), hereinafter referred to as the Agency , is located at 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. VAMC SLC is seeking a qualifie d design-build contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide design-build services to xeriscape certain specified areas on campus totaling to approx. 40,000 square feet.
