Does this phase require a complete separate package of 100% documents including specifications? VA RESPONSE: Phase 1 consists of a single room, the Canteen Office. Yes, 100% drawings and specifications pertinent to the canteen office work area will be required. Unedited TIL specifications necessary for the completion of the canteen office may be used for this construction.
