Description - The White River Junction VA Healthcare System (VA) requires construction renovation services for three small facility improvements. There are three separate work items. These items are described in detail in the attached Small Facility Improvement Pl ans. These items include: 1. Task 1: Installing a wider door in Building 31, 2. Task 2: Installing a new cementitious urethane flooring system in Building 1, (bathroom) room 104A. The bathroom floor is approximately 26.4sf. Bathroom flooring work includes the reinstallation of the existing bathroom fixture (toilet). 3. Task 3: Replacing a 7 X7 steel double door, hardware, and electric openers and threshold the Building 31 loading dock.
