Description - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace a roof on the BLM Fairbanks District Office, 222 University Avenue, Fairbanks, Alaska. The work consists of the followi ng: 1. Complete all required work associated with operations necessary for construction of roof assembly at the BLM Fairbanks District Office. 2. This also includes mobilization and demobilization efforts to include preparatory work and operations, including movement of personnel, equipment, supplies and incidentals to the project site.
