Description - PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Contracting Operations - Central, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Replace EPDM Roof and Ice Melt System requirement for the Brown V Board of Education National Historical Park i n Topeka, KS. Work consists of: demo and replace existing EDPM roofing and tapered insulation to match existing on the auditorium flat roof, auditorium vestibule, two upper flat roofs. The existing gutter liner will be used as the base material for a new gutter liner.
