Description - One of the recommendations from the 'position paper unaccompanied minors and youth care', which was presented to the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, the Ministry of Justice and Security and the VNG in February 2021, is to expand Youth Care Plu s and open residential youth care for the Unaccompanied Minor Aliens (amv)-young people with authorization to concentrate closed youth care integrally with two Tenderers so that these Tenderers can develop specific knowledge and skills that are necessary to properly shape youth care for this group.
