Description - Description: Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK) has requested offers for cleaning services for Kotka campus.The procurement was carried out as an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold.The service to be ordered included mainte nance cleaning and basic cleaning. Maintenance cleaning is done throughout the year on weekdays and basic cleaning once a year during June and August. The combined floor area of the Kotka Kantaatama campus is approximately 17,400 m². Three cleaners are bound by the service, each working at 7.5 hours/day and one cleaning manager who is responsible for the quality of the work.The service provider is responsible for purchasing permanent consumption
