Description - The Phoenix VA Medical Center currently leases 18,941 rentable square feet (RSF) of space at 9420 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85021 known as the Thunderbird Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The Thunderbird CBOC s Lease expires on June 9 th, 2025.
