Description - Description The Council is procuring an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) contractor to review and improve its current design for a 891kW ground-mounted solar PV array at Wrigley Head in Failsworth (which has secured Planning Permission) , and then construct, operate and maintain the installation. The anticipated net budget for the procurement is £1.2m, being c£1m EPC contract and the remainder for the 20 years Operations and Maintenance requirements (the latter awarded for an initial five years, followed by three options to extend each being for a five year term).
