Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the development work on the banks of the Seine in the town of Asnières-sur-Seine between the Asnières and Clichy bridges. This project is part of the blue promenade, managed by the Hauts-de-Seine Departm ental Council. The aim is to return the Seine to residents and enhance the urban landscape of the Department by creating a pedestrian promenade on the water over 800 linear meters of banks.
