Description - Worcester City Council is seeking a delivery partner for the operation of Worcester City’s app- based bike share scheme. The Contract will operate with a single Supplier appointed to operate the bike share scheme in accordance with the Council’s specification and contract. The funding model is envisaged to be £500,000 capital funding and £100,000 revenue funding from the Council at the start of the scheme. This is the maximum funding available to the scheme and submissions over this price will not be considered.
