Description - Description: Bickleigh Paish Council is looking to achieve Net Zero Carbon in Operational status for their key asset, namely the Woolwell Community Centre. The intention therefore is to cover all the electricity usage by the generation and offset of the carbon emissions for the gas usage during the year via PV Arrays (solar). These PV Arrays will be installed on the existing flat roof areas of the building.It is currently anticipated that the arrays will be ballast mounted and not "A" frame mounted.Prior to undertaking this PV Array work, there are two key flat roof sections on the building which will require remedial works, one circa 380m2 and a smaller roof located at a slightly lower leve
