Description - Description: North East Water (NEW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Principal Contractor under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract for the construction of gravity spine sewers in Leneva, Wodonga. These spine sewers will form critical infr astructure to enable development to occur within the Leneva growth area. The works will include installation of the sewer crossings via trenchless methods under both Baranduda Blvd and Middle Creek. It will also include a temporary connection into the existing Middle Creek SPS and installation of a return line to send peak flows to the Baranduda WWTP during wet weather events.The Principal Contractor will be responsible for all associated works,
