Description - Description: According to § 2 of the street cleaning statute of the city of Remscheid (STRRS), the TBR have to carry out the winter service in accordance with § 4 StrRS on sidewalks, the owner of which is the city of Remscheid. Likewise, according to Section 4 (4) sentence 2 of the StrRS, the TBR have to ensure the traffic safety of the access and exit to the buses by evacuating the snow wall between the stop area (sidewalk) caused by the city service (sidewalk) and the road.In this context, 13 winter service routes are advertised on sidewalks and and 16 winter service plans at bus stops, (according to the appendix) for awarding to external entrepreneurs.local title:: Winterdienstverpflich
