Description - Description: The Department of Health (Department) is soliciting hemoglobin testing equipment and supplies (invasive method) for use in over 200 clinics across the Commonwealth providing services to participants in the Pennsylvania Special Supplement al Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC or WIC Program). All Bids must arrive prior to the Bid opening date and time to be considered, and become property of the Commonwealth once submitted.
