Description - Description: The aim of the Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service is to support pregnant women and their families and families with children up tothree years old, who are resident in Angus and referred to the service by Angus Council Children, Famil ies and Justice Service or projectpartners. The service will work alongside NHS services, supporting the needs assessment and will support families to access and engagewith early help that they need.
