Description - The object of the procurement is Personnel welfare service packages.The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract are only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not contracting parties, parties to this tender or the procurement contract based on it, and will not otherwise join the procurement.The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer.
