Description - Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Sunset Design, Oxnard, CA for alteration of twenty-four (24) existing Web-based Trainings (WBT) for 508 compli ance and migration to Waypoints and/or Navy e-Learning (NeL). The Government intends to make an award prior to the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2025. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Sunset Design is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy’s requirements for the specified effort.
