Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District intends to issue a Design-Bid-Build solicitation for a single Firm Fixed-Price, construction contract for waterline relocation for the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VAS TLHCS) John Cochran (JC) Division, St. Louis, Missouri. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about April 22, 2024, on the Federal website at SAM.gov.  A tentative site visit is scheduled for early May. Requirement is to relocate a 54-inch water line, owned and operated by the City of St. Louis, off of VA property. The 54-inch waterline is considered to be a transmission line and currently there are no waterlines coming off of this
