Description - Project Description: The City of Goldsboro’s Water Reclamation Facility located on 714 Arrington Bridge Rd treats sanitary sewer and discharges into the Neuse River Basin. In June of 2000, capacity of the plant was increased to 3.4 MGD, permitted t o 14.2 MGD, and was anticipated to provide capacity until 2040. Robust growth in the service area already provides average daily flows >8.66 MGD and allocated not yet tributary flows exceed 81.48% of the 14.2MGD capacity. Expansion is required to accommodate long-term capacity needs.
