Description - Description The Township of Spallumcheen is seeking qualified Proponents through this Request for Proposal to provide implementation services for the Township’s Water Metering Program. Universal metering across the Township’s water service was id entified as a strategic initiative. The need for improved meter reading via Automated Meter Reading (AMR) or potentially Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology was also noted. The scope of work in this RFP generally includes the assembly of exterior and interior water meter and reading system installations with some endpoint retrofits and ancillary works.
