Description - Description: The purpose and expectation of the contracting authority shall not accept, remove and utilize wastewater sludge at the Marcali Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Marcali Wastewater Treatment Plant, and shall not accept the disposal of the sludge as a fulfillment. If the tenderer makes an offer to dispose, his tender is invalid. Contracting Authority shall be subject to LXXXIX of 2003 on the Environmental Purder Fee. Pursuant to Annex 2, Act 2, it accepts a sludge placement multiplier of 0.8 and the following methods of utilization: agricultural utilization (use in arable land, in a wooded area, eg noble plant).
