Description - The Service should offer advice and practical support to residents; over 65 years of age, those with certain long term health conditions and those on lower incomes, as outlined in the NICE guidance, around steps to reduce energy use and therefore ene rgy bills. The Service isexpected to deliver 2000 home visits and phone/ video calls, with further support for themost vulnerable residents in the borough. It is expected of the Service to conduct aholistic assessment which will cover as a minimum, but not limited to, issues relating toresidents’ health, including mental health, social wellbeing, housing, financial andenergy efficiency needs.
