Description - Description: SAW@ is a collaboration program of twelve participants, i.e. eleven water boards1 and Rijkswaterstaat, with the aim of promoting collaboration in the field of Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement (VTH) and facilitating case-oriented wo rk. The collaboration led to the joint purchase and deployment of a VTH application in 2013. The contract with the current supplier of the current VTH application expires on October 21, 2027 and extension is no longer possible. This means that Saw@ must re-tender the purchase and commissioning of a VTH application.
