Description - The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NIC4 Inc 111 Kelsey LN STE D Tampa, Florida 33619-4357 for the acquisition of VSAT Satellite Communications. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors t hat feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
