Description - Description: The Corporation of the Village of Westport is inviting Request for Proposal submissions for the completion of an assimilative capacity study concerning surface wastewater discharge from the Westport wastewater treatment system.The Villag e of Westport’s Wastewater Treatment System (WWTS) lacks capacity for future community growth and additional WWTS capacity is needed to service projected future wastewater flows.
