Description - STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT Maxwell_42CS_VoIP Licenses 6 March 2024 Introduction and Background. The 42nd Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to acquire 1,200 VoIP licenses.  Justification: These licenses support the VoIP phone deployment in progress at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex.
