Description - Providing a safe and healthful work environment for its patients and employees is paramount to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). To that end, VHA requires a comprehensive library of workplace industrial hygiene exposure assessments and occupa tional safety hazard risk assessments/job hazard analyses/evaluation which are separate from the Annual Workplace Evaluation and the Comprehensive Environment of Care rounds.
