Description - Description: Virginia Department of Energy endeavors to acquire services for painting of interior spaces of the Buchanan / Smith Building and Garage Facility. Interior spaces to be painted will include offices, reception area, foyer, conference rooms , hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, stairwells, metal doorways and frames, ceiling alcoves, utility access panels, radiator covers and associated trim work as needed. The work shall include preparation of surfaces, such as cleaning and repair of damaged drywall/sheetrock surfaces as necessary, will be required prior to application of primer and paint.
