Description - Description: The Contractors will be required to provide charter vessels with tender vessels and SCUBA diving facilities (if diving is scheduled) for marine and island based research.  Live aboard amenities are also required. The charter vessel serv ices fall under two categories:(a)    Category 1: Provision of charter vessel services to accommodate up to a minimum of six (6) DBCA staff to complete research and monitoring.
