Description - Description: The Vermont Dairy Promotion Council (VDPC), administered by the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (VAAFM), is the organization responsible for the oversight of the funds collected via the USDA Dairy Research and Promotion P rogram, otherwise known as the Dairy Check-off.
