Description - Description: Glasgow City Council is looking to enter the market to procure SMART technology hardware and software solutions, inclusive of vehicle telematics, onboard weighing systems , both of which can be retrofitted onto our existing fleet. To ens ure that all data captured from these systems is easily accessible, it is essential that each system has the ability for software integration via a real time web based portal.
