Description - Pre-Solicitation Notice for a SDVOSB/VOSB contractor to provide a one year contract for three Handicap Accessible Buses (not vans) and drivers to accommodate the off-campus routes. There will be 3 elements to this contract, first being offsite parkin g areas, second will be the off-site clinic pickups and the third will be the Intra-Campus shuttles.
