Description - The Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Eagle Shop requires an initial professional extermination, cleaning, and sanitation of rodent infestation. Once that is completed, provide scheduled maintenance and upkeep on quarterly basis, and emergency visi ts as requested.   Initial services required include extermination of all rodents, installation of rodent traps and abatement, thorough cleaning of the entire facility, and sanitation.   Quarterly routine maintenance include cleaning, sanitizing, replacing traps and abatement products as needed. Only chemicals approved by the Government may be used. Required services are in the attached SOW.   Services will be performed as scheduled in advance
