Description - BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: USAID/Ukraine faces many significant challenges in re-establishing the infrastructure that has been destroyed by the war with Russia. As such, USAID/Ukraine is seeking an Infrastructure and Engineering Advisor to help guide the mission to make critical decisions regarding infrastructure.
