Description - Description The city of Tampere is tendering for the acquisition of photography for the early childhood education and preschool service group. In the procurement, a framework arrangement is established with four (4) service providers. The agreement w ith the bidders selected for the framework arrangement is concluded as a right of use agreement. The provider must offer the requested package of photography, related services and products.If requested, the screenings must be organized once a year, and the exact time of the screenings will be agreed upon with each early childhood education unit. The bidder must handle the description independently, and the props that may be needed in the pictures
