Description - The United States Agency for International Development in Jordan (USAID/Jordan), intends to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a five-year, cost plus fixed fee completion type contract for the Jordan Management and Engineering Service Contr act. The Jordan Management and Engineering Service Contract will provide technical assistance, oversight and monitoring and evaluation services to all Government of Jordan owned water utilities/entities namely: Water Authority of Jordan, Jordan Valley Authority, Yarmouk Water Company, Miyahuna, and Aqaba Water Company, to support implementation of the Non Revenue Water reduction project.
