Description - ***** 3 May 2024:  This opportunity has been updated to add the three noted RFP attachments ***** The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) anticipates solicitation of a requirement for design-bid-build (DBB) constr uction services to be performed in support of the MOTCO T4 T7 Bridge Repairs at Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), California. The project is anticipated to require repairs to the existing T-4 and T-7 bridges.  The T-4, and T-7 vehicular timber bridges are located along White Rd at MOTCO and cross over tidal sloughs and wetlands along the southern shoreline of Suisun Bay.
