Description - The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Fort Wayne, IN that will expire on August 23, 2025. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for a 5 year/2 year firm term. The Government has a continuing need for this space and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommu
