Description - Upgrades to Buffalo Pound Emergency Spillway Synopsis: The scope of work is to provide contracting services to: Conduct Care of Water to isolate the worksite from Buffalo Pound Lake including all related pumping, dewatering, cofferdamming (and design thereof), and sediment & erosion control. Complete site preparation: stripping, mowing, brushing, etc. including pre-access and regular maintenance work to dissuade nesting birds. Complete excavation and remove any unused or unsuitable materials. Decommission the Diversion Structure Supply and install new earthen materials and rip rap. Supply and install new geotextiles.
