Description - Description: This RfQ seeks a supplier to assist Bolivia's Ministry of Environment and Water (MMAya) in strengthening Bolivia's National Determined Contributions (NDC) plan in its carbon target setting for a variety of sectors. Through its engagement with MMAyA, the British Embassy in La Paz has identified gaps in target-setting capacity related to the agriculture sector.
