Description - Description: The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of certificates of energy performance of buildings (PENB) or updating the PENB on buildings owned by the Olomouc Region for which the validity period has ended or wi ll expire.PENB will be processed in accordance with Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 406/2000 Coll."), in accordance with applicable implementing regulations and will serve the client to fulfill the obligation of the building owner according to § 7a of Act No. 406/2000 Coll.
