Description - Birkenes municipality will build a new sewage treatment plant in Birkeland. The facility is to be sized for 6,000 PE and built on the same site as the existing facility.Birkenes municipality hereby informs the market that the tender for execution con tract E21 - Construction and groundwork is expected to be announced by the beginning of July 2023. It is expected that the tender will be carried out as a tender with negotiations in accordance with the supply regulations part II. This means that the competition will begin with a qualification phase (phase 1) where 3-5 qualified providers will be invited to the offer phase (phase 2).
