Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is a report whose purpose is to assess the timeliness of the national land use objectives (VAT) approved by the Government in 2017 and the revision needs as required by the Government's decision. The report maps out the needs related to land use of the various sectors of the state administration, which will require national "guidance" of land use through VATT in the future.The purpose of the work (related to the method of implementation) is also to increase the knowledge of various administrative branches about VAT and their implementation, as well as to create capabilities for continuous and systematic monitoring of the up-to-dateness of the goals
