Description - Description: Introduction:The main scope of the consultancy is to develop four Integrated Plans for low-emission sustainable urban mobility in the municipalities of Antiguo Cuscatlán, San Salvador, Santa Tecla and Soyapango.The specific objectives a re:1) Carry out a participatory pre-diagnosis on the conditions of urban mobility in each municipality.2) Analyze the territorial characteristics and the legal, institutional and financial framework regarding mobility and urban development at the municipal level.3) Determine the demand, supply and externalities that allow defining the baseline for the projection of mobility scenarios.4) Build strategic frameworks and projections of mobility scena
