Description - Description: The Environment Agency on behalf of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and Devolved Administrations (DA) invite proposals to provide the Central Management and Control Unit (CMCU)  and the Quality Assuranc e and Quality Control (QA/QC) for the UK Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) Monitoring Network, from 1st March 2026 until at least 28th February 2029 with the possibility of two (2) separate one (1) year extensions (which are not guaranteed). A mobilisation/handover will start up to three (3) months before the contract start date in line with the incumbent Contractors Exit Plan.
