Description - Description: The subject of the order is the Tyski HUB of the Green Economy. The scope of the order includes: construction of an office building with technical infrastructure, land development, greenery, construction of a transformer station and equi pment based on the adaptation of the existing reinforced concrete structure of the unfinished municipal school building in Tychy at al. Marshal Piłsudski, together with the execution of necessary temporary and accompanying works.The subject of the order also includes obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit and maintaining the greenery for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the final works acceptance protocol, as well as 6 months
